What Does It Cost To Book An Artist?

Each event and artist is different. Therefore, please contact Reach Booking with the details of your event for a price. 

Will Your Artist Come Out For A Free Event Or Love Offering?

Unfortunately, due to the costs of operating a ministry, we are unable to do free events or love offerings. 

Will Your Artists Play Birthdays, Weddings, etc....

Unfortunately, due to the amount of requests that we receive, we are unable to do Birthdays, Weddings, etc.....

Can I Get A Discount If I Only Want The Artist To Do A Few Songs?

The cost of the artist is for a daily rate. Therefore, there are no discounts based of set length. 

How Do I Know If An Artist Is Open On A Certain Day?

Their schedules are made available on this website. 

How Long Does It Take To Get A Response?

We work as hard as we can to respond to you within 72 hours. 

Can The Artist Stay With At A Church Member's House?

For the safety and convenience of our artists, we do require that the artist, and their touring staff, stay in hotels. 

Are You Looking To Add More Artists To Reach Booking?

At this time we are not looking to add any new artists to the Reach Booking roster. 

How Do I Contact One Of Your Artists?

If you are interested in contacting an artist on the Reach Booking roster, please contact their record label, or try to send them a message on Facebook, etc....

If One Of Your Artists Is Going To Be In The Area, Will They Come Visit My Youth Group?

Typically, the artist flies in on the day of the event. With the amount of activities that must be done on a performance day (soundcheck, etc...), we are unable to honor these requests. 

If I Have An Issue With The Rider, Who Do I Contact?

Any issues with the rider should be discussed with the road manager. The road manager's contact information will be found at the beginning of the rider. 

What Do I Need To Do To Secure The Date?

We require a signed copy of the contract as well as a 15% deposit to secure the date. 

Where Do I Get Promo Materials?

Reach booking has most of the promotional materials that you will need on our website. If you cant find what you are needing there, look at your artist's rider. It will have the name of the person that you will need to contact to get more materials.

Can I Schedule Radio Interviews or In-Store Appearances For The Artist?

All interviews and In-Store Appearances will need to be arranged by the artist's road manager, before you confirm them. You can find the road manager's contact information at the beginning of the rider. 

When Are Payments Due and What Form Of Payment Do You Accept?

We do require 15% deposit to hold the show. The rest of the money will be paid to the artist's road manager on the day of the show. 

Currently, we only take Money Orders or Cashier's Checks. 

If I Cancel The Date Do I Get My Deposit Back?

All deposits are non-refundable. 

What Is The Minimum Amount Of People That I Need For An Artist To Come?

Due to the amount of time that artists are on the road, we desire to maximize their potential impact on every event. Therefore, we do ask that you are expecting at least 300 people at your event. 

I Have A Demo I Want You To Hear, Who Do I Send It To?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not accepting demo's.
